The Program has 4 phases and 8 goden rules to reach your goal:

1. Starting with a short 2 day preparation, your body is gently prepared for nutritional change and detoxification.

2. During the second phase your body will take off! For a minimum of two weeks, you will adapt to your specific meal plan, enjoy foods exclusively selected for you and apply 8 golden rules consistently.

3. Phase 3 starts when you have reached your personal goal. You have now access to a wider variety of foods into your diet.

4. In Phase 4, you keep applying the 8 golden rules to maintain your new healthy weight permanently.
